We’ve been studying up on Vincent Van Gogh for a few weeks now. Instead of drawing a new image each day for Warm Ups like we normally would, the students were asked to focus on three pieces from Van Gogh and study the details in his brush strokes and colors. These images will be the inspiration for their next project, which I am very excited to showcase. They’ve been wrapping up on that project this last Friday and I think all of it have turned put very very awesome!
“Portrait of the Postman, Joseph Roulin” is probably one of my favorite images from Van Gogh. These interpretations are so unique!
