Cubist Portraits

We studied and discussed David Hockney’s photographic works and Cubism for a bit before getting into these portraits. The students drew parts of their faces on cards at different view points and assembled it together to create a Cubist like portrait. It was a great way to study a small part of their faces and focus in on drawing different perspectives, and the portraits came out pretty interesting too!
